NEW YORK, December 29 (Fitch) Fitch Ratings has removed the
ratings of Community
Health Systems, Inc. (CHS) from Rating Watch Evolving and has
affirmed the
Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at 'B'. The Rating Outlook is
Negative. The ratings
apply to $15.5 billion of debt outstanding at Sept. 30, 2016. A
