LG Chem says to buy LG Life Sciences to boost bio business

SEOUL, Sept 12 (Reuters) - South Korean chemicals and

battery maker LG Chem on Monday said it plans to

acquire pharmaceutical affiliate LG Life Sciences to

expand its bio business.
