UPDATE 2-UK Stocks-Factors to watch on Nov 17

Nov 17 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening up 19 to

21 points, or as much as 0.3 percent, on Thursday, according to financial

bookmakers, with futures up 0.04 percent ahead of the cash market open.
