NEW YORK, August 10 (Fitch) Fitch Ratings has downgraded
Community Health
Systems, Inc.'s (CHS) Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to 'B'. The
Rating Outlook is
Stable. The ratings apply to $15.6 billion of debt outstanding
at June 30, 2016.
