UnitedHealth Group
Incorporated's (UNH) Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at 'A' and its
senior unsecured
notes at 'A-'. Fitch has also affirmed the 'AA-' Insurer
Financial Strength
ratings of UNH's insurance company subsidiaries. The Rating
Outlook remains
