Puerto Rico reports first case of Zika-related microcephaly

NEW YORK, May 13 (Reuters) - Puerto Rico's health ministry

confirmed on Friday its first case of Zika-related microcephaly

in a fetus, increasing concerns of the virus' spread by

mosquitoes and the financially strapped U.S. commonwealth's

ability to address the growing health crisis.
